• 1 to 15 years of experience

• Candidates can download application form and challan form from Sheikh Zayed Hospital website.

Step 02:

• Candidates should deposit the required processing fee (Rs. 500 for BPS-06 to 15, Rs. 1000 for BPS-16 and above) at any branch of National Bank of Pakistan.

Step 03:

• Attach a completed application form, original bank challan, attested CNIC, domicile certificate, education and experience certificate, recent photographs, and any additional required documents.

Step 04:

• Applicants should attach original bank challan and all required attested documents.
• Send Application: Submit the completed application to the specified address by 22 August 2024.
