Note:

For Item No. 1 to 5, only those applicants are eligible to apply who are permanent residents/domicile holders of the area/territory against which the quota vacancies are available.

For Item No. 6, only those applicants are eligible to apply on the basis of their domicile, belonging to the civil districts and tehsils falling under the territorial jurisdiction of the respective Railway Administrative Divisions viz. Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Sukkur, Quetta. And Karachi. Details of Jurisdiction (Districts and Tehsils) of all Railway Divisions are available on Pakistan Railways website i.e. https://www.pakrail.gov.pk/Career.aspx.

Candidates can apply for more than one post as per the eligibility requirements.
The following quotas for the category of Assistant Station Master/Gr-l (Item No. 7)
58% quota for open merit.
20% quota for son of railway employee with 2% fixed for son of deceased railway employee.
10 percent quota for ex-servicemen.

Additional quotas to be observed (Item no. 1-7):

5% quota for Minorities/Non-Muslims in all categories.
5% quota for orphans/destitutes in all categories
2% quota for persons with disabilities (where applicable).

AGE LIMIT

18-25 years 5 years relaxation in upper age limit on last date in normal age (1) Receipt of applications viz.
Apart from item no.1 above there is 3 years age relaxation for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Buddhist Community, Sindh Urban/Rural and Balochistan.
In case of ex-servicemen, upper age relaxation is allowed up to 15 years or years of service in Pakistan Armed Forces, whichever is less.
Government employees and contract employees who have completed 2 years of continuous government service on the last date of receipt of application are given relaxation of 10 years in age upto 55 years of age.
Age of disabled candidates is 10 years. Age relaxation for widow or child of a Civil Servant who died in service (except up to 05 years.

Pak Railway Jobs 2024 Online Application Form

Application form shall be downloaded by visiting (Pakistan Railways) Website le https://www.pakrail.gov.pk/Career.aspx and are required to submit as per following instructions.
Eligibility of the candidates will be determined on the basis of the merit of the candidates.
Duly filled/typed form be emailed to CPO at email address cpo@pakrail.gov.pk.

Required Documents:

Attested copies of all educational certificates
CV
Domicile and experience certificates
04 passport-size photographs

Three postal envelopes duly stamped and return address of applicant mention thereon.

Candidates should send the above documents by registered post or courier directly to (Chief Personnel Officer, Pakistan Railways

Headquarters Office, Empress Road, Lahore).

performance in written test and interview (70% Written Test+ 30% Interview).

The candidates who are serving in Railways or any other department shall submit their application through proper channel along with NOC.

Last date of receipt of applications is 28.08.2024 up to 05:00 PM, in CPO office and through email.
